Once installed, you can open a file by clicking "Open" in the File menu. Locate the file you wish to edit and double-click it to open it within Cygnus. The file will appear in three main columns: the Offset (the byte position in the file), the Hexadecimal representation (the raw bytes), and the ASCII representation (how those bytes are interpreted as text).
