Interrupting a file transfer or disconnecting a storage drive before a video finishes copying will leave the file header incomplete.
If the audio plays but the video title freezes on a blank screen, go to your browser settings, search for "Hardware Acceleration," and toggle it to the opposite setting (either on or off).
