No special drivers are needed for any Windows version. As long as your operating system has generic USB hub drivers (all Windows versions from XP onward do), the TSUPY hub will function.

Because Tsupy relies completely on your computer's built-in USB controllers, an outdated motherboard driver can cause the hub to fail.

When you plug in a Tsupy hub, your computer will automatically load the necessary drivers, which are usually labeled as: Generic USB Hub USB Root Hub USB 3.0 Root Hub

Restart your computer. Windows will automatically reinstall the necessary generic drivers upon reboot. Update via Windows Update

This error indicates that the computer knows something is plugged in, but the driver cannot communicate with the Tsupy controller board.
