Finding an official "download" for Street Fighter EX2 Plus on PC is unique because the game was never officially released as a native Windows application. Originally an arcade title from 1999 developed by Arika for the Sony ZN-2 hardware, it only received a home console port for the PlayStation 1 later that year.
