The plot kicks into high gear when a rogue genetic experiment conducted by a greedy corporation, Energyne, goes disastrously wrong. A pathogen from a space station falls to Earth, mutating George, a wolf named Ralph, and a crocodile named Lizzie into enormous, aggressive super-creatures that begin a rampage across the country.

The film is loosely based on the classic 1980s video game series of the same name by Midway Games.
