Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Lay the television face down on a soft, scratch-free microfiber surface. Back out all perimeter chassis screws to remove the plastic back housing. Locate the main board where the coaxial cable connector sticks out. Use an anti-static wrist strap to protect the board from static discharge. Carefully unclip the internal power rails, ribbon cables, and LVDS display wires connected to the board. Remove the mounting screws to lift the mainboard clear of the TV frame.
